The Lakers Sports Club (“LSC”), established in 1965, is THE ONLY organization whose mission is to provide support and recognition to ALL of Mountain Lakes High School's athletic teams. As a parent-volunteer and community-based organization, LSC focuses on enhancing the athletic experiences for our student-athletes through the funds we raise throughout the year.

Mission and Purpose:

• LSC provides financial support and resources for all Lakers sports programs.
• LSC awards annual scholarships to student-athletes and student-scholar athletes.
• LSC funds equipment, training, practice, and game-day needs for all of our high school athletic programs.

Financial Support:

• Over the past 15+ years, LSC has donated more than $1,500,000 to Mountain Lakes High School athletic programs.
• 2023/24 Funding included: HUDL system to record and watch games at the turf, Halsey Field, and in gym, a new sound system for the main high school gym, softball helmets, baseball batting cage netting, and much more!
• Funds are raised through various channels, including our annual membership dues, sales from the he Snack Shack at home Herd Football games, year-round Lakers merchandise sales, and special events like the LSC Annual Golf Outing in May.

Inclusive Approach:

• LSC encourages all families, including those in the lower schools, (Wildwood, Briarcliff, and RVS), to join our effort to support our Lakers teams.
• It is our unwavering commitment over three sports seasons, every school year, which helps to support our exceptional athletic programs.

• LSC relies on the generosity of its members, alumni, and community supporters to sustain our well-known Lakers tradition of athletic excellence and pride.
