Dear Laker Parents,
This year marks our 60th Anniversary!
The Lakers Sports Club (“LSC”) was established in 1965 to promote and subsidize extracurricular sports for the students of the Mountain Lakes School District (“District”). We are a volunteer, community-based organization, made of up volunteer parents striving to work for the betterment of our Lakers students and our District.
In addition to providing scholarships for student-athletes and student-scholar athletes, we strive to address the needs of our various high school athletic programs, on an annual basis.
Over the past 15 years, LSC has donated over $1,500,000 to athletic programs that directly benefit the student-athletes of Mountain Lakes High School.
LSC supports our student-athletes through Annual Membership Dues, The Snack Shack at Herd games, merchandise sales and our Annual Golf Outing (May). We ask that ALL families - even those with children in the lower schools (Wildwood, Briarcliff and RVS) join us in support of our Laker student-athletes, and to help build and maintain the best athletic programs possible. Without the generosity of our members, friends, and community supporters, we would not be able to fulfill our mission of supporting the Laker Tradition of Excellence.
We strive for 100% annual participation from our student-athlete families and welcome anyone who wishes to be part of the continued success of our student-athletes and athletic teams to please contact us.
